The project on my home was an eight month addition/renovation. We added two bedrooms for my two sons and a bathroom for them to share. The rest of the house was reconfigured, renovated and our very large basement was finished. One of the original three bedrooms became a master bathroom. To say this was an extensive project would be an understatement. Lillian Morea from LCM Interiors came highly recommended from a friend. Lillian was involved in our project from the inception of the architect's plans. To begin, Lillian made MANY changes to these plans that not only made sense in everyday life, but saved us so much money in the long run. The contractor would have followed the building plans from the architect. Then we would have had to rebuild when we realized certain things didn't look right or function in the way we needed. Lillian is efficient, timely and her follow up is unmatched. Lillian's sense of design for functionality in our home was amazing. She has an incredible eye for color, finishes on fixtures, texture on wallpaper, natural stone for flooring, vanity tops, tile for showers, style of tubs and the list goes on and on. Lillian was so easy to work with, always pleasant, and her love for her job was apparent every time I spoke to Lillian. There were many different people from many different trades on this project, but Lillian was by far the most valuable! There are only five stars in which to rate for houzz, but Lillian exceeds the five stars.

We were very lucky to have Lillian through a very stressful process of building our home. She helped us in picking out and designing the most important parts of the house. She has an amazing eye and was able to help us pick out the best tile accents and accessories for the house while staying within our budget. I worked with Lillian on a design plan for our home prior to a major renovation this year. She is an excellent listener and really paid attention to what I was saying and asking for. She was honest with me about what our limitations were in the renovations and allowed me to have realistic expectations during the planning process. Her measurements and planning were spot on and have been extremely useful when dealing with all of the other individuals involved in this renovation from our architect to the contractor to the kitchen cabinets vendor.
